HOW DOES THE PROCESS WORK?

In brief form, this is how the process works:

• Your office has a copy of the same billing software which Blue Ridge uses. Blue Ridge updates your computer each week, so you have a complete copy of your data.



• Weekly, or daily, your office sends a copy of your encounter sheets to Blue Ridge. Documents can be faxed, scanned and sent to our FTP server, or mailed. These contain the CPT and ICD codes you want to use, along with appropriate modifiers.



• Blue Ridge files your claims.



• You receive payments, and Blue Ridge posts such payments, files additional claims as necessary, and then bills your patients when appropriate.



• Blue Ridge follows your transactions to ensure all are properly handled and you are paid.



• Blue Ridge will run reports for you as desired, to provide information with which you can monitor and manage your practice.
